With
health care costs rising higher each year and
our medical community focused toward repair or
after the fact, it would be a gross error to overlook
the very human need for physical activity.
Misconception
No. 1: Cost
Basic Training lets you choose how many days per
week you can attend at a price that works for
you. The modest cost of Basic Training is a bargain
compared to the market rate of a personal trainer.
Misconception
No. 2: "I Don't Have Time"
Basic Training offers training sessions from Monday
through Friday, 6am to 7am, and Saturdays, from
8am to 9am. Each participant owes it to themselves
to invest at least 2 hours per week or 12 hours
over a 6 week period into a health program. Individuals
leading a life without an exercise program can
expect some form of a health crisis in the future.
If not now... when?
Misconception
No. 3: "Group Exercise Classes
Don't Work for Me"
The drop out rate of a group exercise class is
drastically reduced due to team support and encouragement.
Meeting new people and having fun are also reasons
to participate in the Basic Training program.
